Is Kissing necessary when having sex?

A new study shows that 53% of men say its not. Sludge talked about his last sexual experience where he didn't kiss the girl. Most men who called in said that kissing wasn't important. The female listeners however felt that kissing is very important. One female caller said that kissing is the best way to tell if a guy will be good in the sack. Do you think kissing is necessary when having sex?
